Patient Satisfaction

My son’s doctor wanted an MRI done on a lump that was found on the back of his leg. Aidan who can be brave when he wants to be was scared, however, this staff here helped him feel so comfortable and at ease that he sat perfectly still. I was told he was the youngest patient they have had and did better than most adults. That made my baby feel so proud! Thank you American Dynamic Imaging!

In an attempt to continually improve and have our patients have the most positive experience possible, we ask patients to fill out a short exit survey to help us see how we are doing.

Our survey includes such questions as:

Our survey is ranked on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the most positive answer to the question. As you can see from the graph below, American Dynamic Imaging consistently ranks near the top of the patient satisfaction chart.
