Patient Satisfaction

In an attempt to continually improve and have our patients have the most positive experience possible, we ask patients to fill out a short exit survey to help us see how we are doing.

Our survey includes such questions as:

  • How was your experience in scheduling your MRI appointment?
  • Did the American Dynamic Imaging technician make you feel as comfortable as possible during your scan?
  • and, If you have had a traditional MRI previously at another center, how would you rate American Dynamic Imaging in comparison?

Our survey is ranked on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the most positive answer to the question. As you can see from the graph below, American Dynamic Imaging consistently ranks near the top of the patient satisfaction chart.
