Today I had a lumbar spine MRI. I was apprehensive at the thought of laying on my back and the pain it was going to cause. Once the tech explained what was going to go on, and I saw that my mental imagine was nothing like what it was going to be I was comfortable with the whole process. The staff at the San Antonio/Huebner clinic offered great customer service from start to finish.

I absolutely loved the Stand-Up MRI. I had to have two images, one for my neck and one for my back. I am severely claustrophobic. Being able to focus on a TV and hear the TV made a huge difference. I was able to block out the banging noise and concentrate on what I was watching in front of me. I will never have any other type MRI. The staff was pleasant, understanding, and it was a good experience!

I would recommend American Dynamic Imaging to anyone. My first MRI was in a traditional closed MRI - I will never do that again. American Dynamic Imaging with its open MRI equipment was so much better. The website is very clear. The reception personnel are very helpful and friendly. The facilities and equipment are very nice and the technician who completed my scan was fantastic - professional, sympathetic and efficient. All-in-all this was a great experience compared to the closed MRI nightmare.

Called Laser Spine Institute to set up operation and told them I would need a sit down MRI as I am highly claustrophobic. LSI evidently doesn’t understand the meaning of the word claustrophobic and tried to get me in their machine. So after that didn’t work you guys got me in the next day and I had a Beautiful experience with your staff. You saved the day ......thank you!

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience here. I am seriously claustrophobic and this new concept was comfortable enough to sit through without a problem, watched the news during the process and it went pretty quickly. The staff was extremely professional and friendly and would recommend this facility to anyone, especially those not comfortable with the typical MRI equipment.

The purpose of this is to highly recommend the MRI at ADI to everyone, especially those who can not take an MRI that is in your face and creates a confined feeling. If those MRIs cause you to be very claustraphobic, very anxious, fearful, with dizziness, vertigo, and low blood sugar, you will love the open and free MRI at ADI. I experienced all of the above symptoms in the past and refused to go through with two MRIs that the operators and doctors said were “open” MRIs. Susan who was the operator at ADI played my choice of music for me, the Blues in stereo, while I went through the MRI on both shoulders. I had none of the above feelings. Susan was beautiful, kind, thoughtful, and considerate. I could have watched television clearly in line of sight during the procedure. I highly recommend ADI and their MRI to anyone who needs an MRI. I think you will be delighted with the ADI MRI. Take it from a person who is very claustraphobic. You will not have those feelings at ADI.

My son’s doctor wanted an MRI done on a lump that was found on the back of his leg. Aidan who can be brave when he wants to be was scared, however, this staff here helped him feel so comfortable and at ease that he sat perfectly still. I was told he was the youngest patient they have had and did better than most adults. That made my baby feel so proud! Thank you American Dynamic Imaging!

I had attempted to do an “open MRI” at another facility and after seeing the machine it did not look a lot different than the “tube” type so I declined to have the test there. The tech there mentioned a sitting/standing MRI machine in my area and after I got home I went to my computer and found American Dynamic Imaging. I called them and they were tremendously helpful in giving me information and getting me scheduled. I had my MRI yesterday and it was a great experience after dreading the test so much. I sat and watched TV and there was no stress at all. Anyone who is claustrophobic needs to go have their MRI at this great facility.
